HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders sent out by Heavenly Husky are sent via a traceable method. When dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel and alongside it a tracking number.
WHEN WILL YOU SEND OUT MY ORDER?
All orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm AEST/AEDT.
Due to high demand, please allow up to 4 business days from your order being confirmed to being dispatched. This period of time includes quality checks and preparing your order for shipment.
All orders placed on public holidays or weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?
When you reach checkout simply enter the discount code into the bar that specifies "discount code" and hit apply. This will make the code active and apply a discount to your purchase.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We currently offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are located in Melbourne, Australia. We have warehouses that are situated in other countries. We ship worldwide.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME?
We deliver to a multitude of countries. These include the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other certain countries around Europe.
The shipping times will vary and depend on your location and the shipping method we use for your country.
**Australian Shipping Update**
From 1st of March 2021, we use Australia Post to deliver all orders within Australia.
Orders can take between 6 to 11 business days from date of dispatch, although most of the time they arrive earlier. We use that time frame to take into consideration any potential delays during transit, which are unfortunately out of our control.
Please note, due to COVID-19, some logistics delays can be expected as current volumes are exceeding even the busiest Christmas period, with Australia Post processing close to two million parcels a day. This heavy volume coupled with the impact of social distancing in postal facilities has led to delays.
**International Shipping Update**
From 25th of March 2021, we are excited to offer our products globally.
International orders for US, UK, NZ and Canada can take between 7 to 13 business days from date of dispatch.
Rest of the world can take between 9-14 business days from date of dispatch.
Given the current situation with COVID-19 and the significant increase in global freight charges, some logistics delays can be expected. As a result we are monitoring this situation very closely and we will do everything we can to continue shipping your items as normal.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN WILL I GET ONE?
Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

I ORDERED THE WRONG COLOUR/SIZE, CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you are able to and we will see what we can do about it.
We usually start processing your order immediately after you place an order.
If your order has already been shipped, We'll still try to make it right. We appreciate every single one of our customers and our priority is to satisfy all our customers.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible.
